The Oregon Artists Series Foundation has been promoting art in public spaces in downtown Salem and within the Salem Convention Center since 2008.

Sculptures in salem
OASF pioneered the installation of public sculptures downtown and the development of the outdoor Sculpture Courtyard at the Salem Convention Center. Over the years, 13 large sculptures by some of the most prominent Oregon sculptors have been on display, with some now part of Salem’s public art collection.

art exhibitions
We began our work with a series of group exhibitions at the Salem Convention Center. Over the years, artworks were purchased from these exhibitions to start a permanent collection of Oregon art in the award-winning public facility. Then in 2022, OASF launched Level 2 Gallery, a public gallery with rotating curated exhibits viewable for 3-4 months.

Flip for Art
We present an annual event to raise awareness and funds for public art in Salem! Our silent auction of previously-loved works of art and top-flight wines, and our celebration of local citizens who’ve contributed to the vibrancy of the Salem art scene make for a fun and signature event downtown.
